Communities are made up of many different types of people. Each person has their preferences and way of seeing things. When you get a lot of people together things can get complicated especially if they don’t know or understand one another. One of the things we do is that we fill in the blank of what we don’t know about others and we let it stand. We let stand many times even if we have meant the person and know the truth about them. This almost ensure that their our future together is very bleak and limited. We work with communities for them to see their difference as a strength and learn how to use them to accomplish their goals and liver their dreams.
Our Approach
Many times we have more in common with people with a similar design then those of our race, family and even upbringing.
We use our tools, insights and methods to help the communities that we serve to see themselves through the lens of human motivation. It allows us to them understand what they have to give to the community and wha they need to develop in order to make a bigger impact. It also helps them see that others have very different gifts and outlooks. The insights about way different designs perceive the world can open up conversations. It can help you bridge the gap and create deep connections with those that are on the other side of your conversations for change.

Unity is more than agreeing on everything. it the result of people making a decision to live and work as one. Unity is a type of connection that makes each part one. it allows us to see ourselves as a part of one another. It links us together and gives us a common destiny. It’s not easy but it is achievable when people see their differences as complementary and not negatives.

Honor is the mindset and the disposition that need to be able to create a sustainable community and culture of people that are able to live and together. It appreciates and respect each person and sees diversity as a strength and not a weakness. It makes room for everyone knowing that no one is all good and no one is all bad. We see the intrinsic value that every human being has. We believe that everyone is valuable and has something valuable to contribute to the world.

Community Strength Building
The more people know and understand who they are and what they can do the more people that can contribute to the needs of the community in powerful creative ways. There are so many abilities and perspectives that could help the communities. As they see more and more people getting involved and invested the more they will have hope for change. People will believe that they can make a difference and the community will be strengthened.
Community Reconciliation
We know that in many of our communities there to have been a great deal fighting, hurting and injustice. Part of the path toward a thriving culture is acknowledgement of wrong doings and forgiveness. We believe that this can begin with the desire for reconciliation and open going dialogue. We believe that we can help facilitate these conversations and even provide ongoing insights to help each person move toward healing and wholeness.
Design Thinking for Social Innovation
Design thinking is a process ideal for generating insights about human problems in order to create innovative approaches to address those issues. We have developed a model for change that combines design thinking competencies with our human motivational design paradigm and thinking. It is used to bring innovation and change in our communities that are win win for everyone. It has the mental framework that honors each person’s position and seeks to work in a way to see it realized.

We believe that one of the major impacts we can make in a community is nurturing of the idea that everyone person has intrinsic value. Fostering and demonstration this idea will revolutionize any group that is willing to implement and develop it. The way we think about ourselves is a product of how other see us. Developing teams that serve the community that are made of people from different skills and abilities is a powerful way innovate and bring change to our communities. Using the Motivational design model will help you get things going win that direction. It will also allow you to create the type of teams that value difference and have learned to work and live in harmony with others. We train teams to see their differences as a strength and how to make that value a reality.
